Overview
This application imports Thai COVID-19 records from multiple CSV files, normalises dates, removes duplicates, and stores the result in SQLite. A Flask dashboard then provides filters, sorting, province summaries, trend charts, and CSV export.
Challenge
The source files use inconsistent date formats and can contain overlapping records. Manual analysis takes time and makes it difficult to compare daily trends or province-level totals.
Solution
A Python import pipeline standardises dates, hashes rows for duplicate detection, and stores indexed records in SQLite. Flask and Chart.js provide an interface for filtering, visualisation, and Excel-compatible CSV export.
